Booking a session is easy!
Contact us via email, phone, or use the message function on our website. You may also contact us via Facebook, Instagram, or Nextdoor.
Make sure to include the following information in your message:

The form takes less than 5 minutes to complete and will help you get the smoothest booking experience possible.
Price Guide
Tutoring sessions are £25 per hour for in-person lessons and £20 per hour for online sessions. For in-person lessons, a small travel fee of 45p per mile may apply, usually no more than £5 per session, and is often waived for short distances.
Our lesson PowerPoints are also available to purchase from just £5 per document, although you might find the occasional free one on our YouTube channel if you’re lucky! You can also check out Ace Study Studio for a range of helpful study guides, free revision resources, and online learning tools.

Tell us where you are based
Both of our tutors offer in-person and online sessions to support your child’s learning. For in-person sessions, we travel to your home, and the tutor assigned will depend on your location. To find out more about each tutor, please visit our About Us page.
Tell us your availability
This streamlines the booking process as it helps us manage out schedule to try and fit you in as best we can.
Tell us the subjects/year group
This helps us prepare our lessons and get an idea of what material we may need to collect ahead of time.
Please also be aware that for the first session, if you don't inform us of your preferred starting point, the tutor will bring a CorbettMaths worksheet to assess the student's level. As a result, the first session may not seem as productive as you had hoped. This is just so the tutor can get a baseline assessment of the student's abilities.
Discounts and offers
Sibling Discount
We offer a 50% sibling discount to help make tutoring more affordable for families with more than one child.
When you book a session for one child, one sibling can receive 50% off their session. Sessions are usually scheduled back-to-back (for example, one child followed immediately by the other), which helps reduce travel time and keeps sessions convenient for families.
This allows siblings to receive individual, focused support while benefiting from a reduced rate.

Refer a Friend Scheme
We love it when our students recommend us to others, so we’ve created a Refer a Friend reward scheme to say thank you.
If you refer someone to us and they book a session:
They receive 20% off their first session
You receive 30% off your next session
As an extra reward, if you successfully refer five people, you’ll receive one free one-hour session.
This is our way of thanking families who help our tutoring community grow while giving new students the chance to try a session at a discounted rate.
